The only thing I liked about surfers horizons was the location other than that nothing else

Every thing about the room blood stained linen dirty and stained bed sheets dirty extraction vent beds smelling like vomit one of the shower had mold out door furniture very very unsafe lights flickering iron cord fried and shorting top exit door always jammed most light globes faulty kettle did not work properly hair dryer worked only for about 5 min before it cut off cloths dryer did not work until it was repaired washing machine stopped working while on cycle and did not start up until manually moved ironing board burnt to hell property not as advertised false advertising as the pictures demonstrate one thing on the internet but a whole different ball game when you get there heck im even thinking of going to the media with all my photos and videos that I have of the disgusting condition I would like some sort of action to be taken I.e partial refund or some sort of compensation in this occasion a apology just wont cut it if I was to rate this place I would give it 2 stars and even that's being very generous not happy at all

We loved the location of the hotel, which was practically on the beach and just off the highway, making transportation easy and quick. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, including secure parking, were impressive. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great position and view. The layout was perfect for our family. My daughter and family downstairs and my own getaway with balcony upstairs.

Location is great or beach access, heated pool and spa are fabulous.

Stayed during Easter weekend. The beach was just a few steps away, which was great for morning walks. The apartment had a good view and was spacious enough for our group of four. We appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and secure parking.

The apartment wasn't as clean as we expected, considering the current situation. We found dust and hair in some areas and the floors had not been properly cleaned.

The manager was fantastic! Extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms were large and well equipped with fantastic views. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Some of the furniture and fixtures were weather worn and dated, seaside wear and tear. No big deal.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location, set right on the beach, was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the beautiful view every morning was a dream come true. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of my needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated having ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning in the room. And let's not forget about the balcony! It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

The ocean view is very good, just close to the beach.

The room service is not well, but it is still ok. The facilities of room is a little bit old.

The hotel was in a great location right on the beach, just off the busy highway, making it an easy commute to all the GC attractions. The room had a great view of the beach, and the pool & spa were clean and refreshing. The apartment was well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. They even offered complimentary boogie boards to use at the beach!

The customer service left a lot to be desired with little empathy shown for concerns raised, making for a less-than-ideal stay.

Spent the Xmas holidays with family and had a great time with my loved ones. Loved the uninterrupted views of the ocean from our beachfront accommodation. The secure parking provided a lot of convenience. The fully equipped kitchen and most utensil that we needed for cooking meals made our stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and local cafes and restaurants.

Climbing the stairs was quite exhausting, especially with our luggage. The lack of an elevator was inconvenient for people with mobility issues or large amounts of luggage.
